How many have had this issue from SBS Monitoring? It sends you out an alert with regards Allocated Memory.
This is typically because of SQL instances not having memor limits set on the SBS Monitoring, Sharepoint, ISA/Firewall and WSUS. And for those that use Backup Exec they should limit this instance too.
