Hi,
Does anybody know how to add a signature/disclaimer to all accounts in Exchange, (SBS2003 SP2), without having to buy an add-on package?
Any help would be much appreciated

Hi Paul,
This is known in Exchange as an event sink. It requires a programming knowledge hence why most of us rely on third party. One I like and not too dear is Policy Patrol which allows you to add a company image as well. if you use MS Antigen that also has a built in disclaimer as does GFI Essentials. Maybe MS have an article on how to script the event sink but I personally don't have the time or energy to try it out. Sorry I can't be of more help.
John.

Hi Paul,
John is correct here. I have recently added the disclaimer as per new regulations to all outbound email. I have an external inbound spam filtering service and so didn't want to pay for another one in house. After much research I discovered that GFI MailEssentials 8 comes with a disclaimer function. You can isntall this as a 30 Day trial after which all the spam filtering parts stop working except for the disclaimer. You can install the trial and let is expire - this is documented on GFI's website (http://www.gfi.com/news/en/mes8freedisc.htm). Now of course you need to find a copy of v8 and as the product is currently at verison 12 (which doesn't provide free disclaimer) it is a bit hard to find.
Oscar.
