Presales Engineer
An exciting start-up IT Company with a focus on managed services and browser-based software is currently recruiting a senior pre-sales engineer. Working as part of our team the successful candidates will provide technical presales, installation, system administration and/or support services to our customer base on some or all of the technologies listed below.

A relevant third level qualification is necessary, and more than 3 years experience is required, for people who are eager to expand their technical knowledge with a progressive and dynamic company.

The successful candidates should be capable of managing company and/or client issues through to completion using a logical approach toward problem solving. We also expect a keen enthusiasm and aptitude toward the adoption of new technologies.

Some of the duties will include:
• Work on pre-sales
• Experience of Hosted Environment
• Small Business Server
• Provide excellent documentation on solutions
• Installation, upgrading, administration, configuration and maintenance of servers and PC Networks.
• Configuration & maintenance of Wide Area Network, Cisco Firewall, Routers.
• All hardware & software evaluation, purchasing, configuration , troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Backup, security configuration & maintenance of servers.
• Installation, administration, configuration and maintenance of Microsoft Exchange.
• Liaison with all external contractors, suppliers and vendors for the effective procurement of products and services.
• Provide solutions assistance to off-site teams
• Responsible for meeting budgetary goals and objectives.
• Adhere to SLAs
• On-site visits
