Which hardware vendors have you found to be right for the small business?

In general I am a HP person, but I will put my hand up in the air and say I don't have half a million turn over per year of HP hardware sales, so honestly I dfo not even appear on their radar. Build quality of their equipment I have found to be great for their servers, business desktops and laptops, but buying all the parts seperately and putting the equipment together is time consuming. With regards support, I have never had a problem

Dell, their mid to high range is equipment is the only equipment I would recommend to anyone. My experience with their entry to mid range has not left a great impression, and with the amount of that range of equipment being out there, is a scary thought. With regards their small business approach, they have a much better handle on this then most, and I have never had a problem there. Their support has been the bet and worst I have seen, and I always try my best to avoid having to use the first level, which in my opinion was just script reading, other knew the prducts through and through.

My latest purchase a Fujitsu Tablet, and being my only real experience with Fujitsu, has been a bit of a let down, I am about to send it back for the second time in the three months that I have had it, and for just trivial issues. Their sales approached is very much geared towards the small business market, and again no problems there. Support has been a little troubling, first level waqs again scripted. A very thorough test of the system was done, which I wsa very thankful for, but they held onto hte system for 10 days without informing me of any delays, and when I got the system back, they had installed Anti spyware programs on it, which were personal edition o non commercial, so when returned it now had software installed against its EULA.

So who have you found to suit your needs? Have you had problems with some vendors? Or where some unbelieveable in how good they were, and went the extra mile?
