Not  sure if you guys have heard of HTG Peer groups, but they may be of interest.

There is one starting in the UK for UK and Ireland, being run by Dave Sobel. The idea is to have 12 members per group, from diverse areas, and to come together and to discuss every aspect of business, and take away new ideas that may help drive your company forward.
